Who We Are
Our firm was founded in 1992 by a group of classmates from the São Paulo University School of Law.
Lacaz Martins, Pereira Neto, Gurevich & Schoueri Advogados is a mid-sized firm, where the partners as a rule are deeply involved in all cases being handled by the firm.
Thanks to its capability of dealing with a wide gamut of legal matters, the firm has a most varied client roster: small, mid-sized and large companies, both domestic and multinational, banks, investment funds, state and municipal governments, public administration instrumentalities, nonprofit companies, foundations, as well as families and individuals.
Our goal is to offer service with a difference, seeking to provide our clients with one-stop assistance. Our services are carefully tailored to each individual case, situation and need, with rigorous follow-through.
We are the Brazilian representatives of Lawyers Association Worldwide - LAW, an international association of law firms operating in the major cities throughout the world.
Our Brazilian network extends to more than 15 law firms in all the most important state capitals via ALAE - Aliança de Advocacia Empresarial (Corporate Legal Alliance). ALAE seeks to provide its members with a forum for interchange of information and experiences, as well as a new and more effective way of providing services throughout Brazil.
